I mailed with monitoring. Device was sent and not a soul reached out to me. I needed to e-mail them. A week later they confirmed getting the unit. They sent a replacement. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this unit turned out to get. Ten minutes right after putting in new battery the unit drains the battery. WTF?! It isn't even worth reaching out to them yet again
